We are now seeking to recruit a Senior Service Advisor to join our busy Service department.
You will ensure that a high level of customer care is delivered at all times, build and maintain professional relationships with customers both internally and externally, maximise sales opportunities for the Service department by promoting the additional dealership products and services offered and maintain the dealership systems and administration.
To be successful you will have previous experience in a Service Advisor role in a main dealer, have excellent communication skills both face to face and over the telephone and have the ability to build strong relationships. Knowledge of Kerrige would be advantageous.
