Are you ready for a new challenge? We are looking for a receptionist to be the face of our dealership, do you have strong telephone skills?
Details
You will ensure that a high level of customer care is delivered at all times, build and maintain professional relationships with customers both internally and externally.
To be successful for this position you will need:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Confident communication skills – telephone, face-to-face and e-mail
- Familiar with Windows PC applications and preferably experience of Kerridge/ADP Management System
- Either Service Reception/Service/Customer Service/Receptionist experience
