Corporate Sales Manager CSMSTR

You will be responsible for developing sales to local businesses and securing on-going business through negotiation and long term relationship building.
To be successful you will require strong motivation, communication, presentation and planning skills, together with confidence, enthusiasm and tenacity.
Your key tasks will be:
- To effectively manage and organise the activity leading to new Corporate and B2B orders
- To organise and run the daily activity of the Corporate Sales Department, coaching and developing the skills of the Sales Team where required
- To develop and pursue commercial activity in-line with the marketing strategy of both the dealership and manufacturer
- To ensure the departments profitability by achieving unit, finance and budgetary targets
- To ensure accurate reporting of all aspects of the Sales Departments performance to both the dealership and manufacturer
Responsibilities will include:
- To understand and implement effective communication skills
- To recognise and keep up to date knowledge of competitors in your local area
- To understand various closing techniques
- To carry out effective meeting with local business customers
- To carry out effective presentations of your products relative to customer requirements
