You will ensure that a high level of customer care is delivered at all times, complete warranty claims, build and maintain professional relationships with customers both internally and externally, maximise sales opportunities for the Service and Parts department by promoting the additional dealership products and services offered and maintain the dealership systems and administration.
To be successful you will have previous experience in a Service/Retail/Customer Service advisor role, excellent communication skills both face to face and over the telephone, experience of using Kerridge and the ability to build strong relationships.
