The Process

Although it may seem quite daunting, the recruitment process is actually designed to be enjoyable, informal and friendly throughout. We’re not trying to trick you or anything like that so don’t worry – just apply and see how you fair, you’ve got nothing to lose.

Quick (and fun) questionnaire – invitation to send in your CV.
Telephone screening interview by Honda People (at your convenience).
Successful candidates complete an online Personality Profile Interview which produces a Human Job Analysis ensuring an ‘attitude fit’.
Second telephone interview (again, at a time to suit you).
Time for a friendly chat and put a face to the promising name.
Congratulations, you’ve been added to the Honda People Talent pool.
Time to take up a job in one of the exciting positions on offer – welcome aboard!
