Parts Programme

Honda Apprentice Parts Advisors will be trained and developed so that they can make an effective contribution to the operation of the parts department in one of over 600 Honda Dealerships across the UK. Options exist for working and training in a Car, Motorcycle or Power Equipment dealership.

Parts Advisors have an important role providing essential support and customer service. As a Honda Apprentice Parts Advisor you will receive extensive training on the full range of products from Cars and Motorcycles to Marine Engines and off-road All Terrain Vehicles to Lawn and Garden Products and Outdoor Machinery.

The Honda Parts Apprenticeship Programme lasts for two years, during which time you will be employed by your local Honda dealership and attend block training at the Honda Institute Technical Training Centre.

During your Apprenticeship you will receive first class support from a Honda Apprentice & Technician Development Manager and a work place mentor.

Honda’s worldwide Parts Advisor Award
Automotive Skills Intermediate Apprenticeship in Vehicle Parts
Level 2 Diploma in Vehicle Parts Operations Competence
Level 2 Diploma in Vehicle Parts Operations Principles
Key Skills, Functional Skills, Core Skills or Essential Skills
Level 2 Award in Knowledge of Employee Rights & Responsibilities for the Automotive Sector

To ensure that you quickly and effectively contribute to the operation of the parts department you will receive comprehensive training in all areas including general technology and product modules as well as Parts-specific and customer service training.
